* I have posted the new family project for the months of May AND June combinedI have decided that the FARM family project will be for both the months of May and June. The deadline will be changed to Monday, June 10th, 2019.
FAMILY FISHING TRIP FIELD TRIP:
It saddens me to inform you that I will not be able to join my class on the FAMILY FISHING TRIP OUTING this Friday, June 14, 2019. My daughter's kindergarten graduation/celebration is scheduled for that day and I cannot miss it. I am sorry to miss this fun family day. Mr. Patrick, my student teacher from the beginning of the year, will be replacing me that day and going on the field trip in my place. Mrs. Erin (the attendant working in my class) and Mrs. Dana (the technician working in Kindergarten) will also be present.
PLEASE BE SURE TO SEND IN THE MEDICAL FORM AND THE PERMISSION SLIP FOR THE FIELD TRIP IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO.
This outing is being paid for by Good Shepherd School. We are also providing a BBQ lunch of: hotdogs, chips, a juice box for the children and water bottle for the parents. You may also bring your own lunch.
Please note that the children can ride the school bus with their classmates and parents are asked to take their vehicles and meet us at the site. We can make car pools as well as many families have already volunteered to do so. If you would like to contribute a dessert or fruit for lunch, please feel free to do so. Thank you for your support.
I will be sending home a checklist of things to bring on the field trip the day before.
LIBRARY:
The school library is now closed for the year. If you have any library books at home, please send them in as soon as possible. Thank you!
